Do you offer returns on opened stationery sets?
To ensure the quality of our paper goods, we only accept returns on items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase. Used notebooks or opened ink sets are not eligible for return.
Are your paper products eco-friendly and sustainable?
Yes, at Komorebi Stationery, we prioritize sustainability. Most of our journals and planners are made from FSC-certified recycled paper and printed with non-toxic soy-based inks.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
